The King was designed in-house, from the carbon out, with the goal of creating an ultra-premium shaft that would rival or exceed the stiffness and weight specs of current world cup level poles.
Our last prototypes, now the production model, survived hundreds of kilometers this rollerski/ski season under the heavy impacts of our 90 kilo,193cm tall owner, Morgan. As he often likes to show off, the poles refuse to flex with his full weight hanging on them.
If you are located outside the road system of Southcentral Alaska, please note that shipping will be calculated and invoiced once the shafts arrive in Alaska.
If you are hoping to ski these this season, we are unsure as to when there will be availability to do a full production run of these shafts and with global logistics basically in the crapper at this point we cannot estimate how long shipping will take after the shafts are manufactured. So, your guess is as good as ours regarding their arrival date.
If you're in the Anchorage area and would like to verify that these actually exist before ordering a pair, please shoot us an email and we can arrange a meet-up at Kincaid. As coaches, we spend most of our lives in the park.
